Final agreement stalls as parties bicker at climate talks

There are just hours left before the end of climate change talks in Katowice, Poland. Since early December delegates from nearly 200 countries have gathered to set rules for how they will implement commitments under the Paris Agreement to combating climate change by reducing greenhouse gases.
But ministers and country representatives are yet to come up with a final, robust text that is acceptable to all parties.
As the COP24 presidency prepares the final text from the summit, Ayoola Kassim looks at the main points holding up an agreement.
